  • The above fee is including 18% GST as per government orders.

Instructions:

  • Registration is mandatory for Speaker & Delegates and PG students presenting Paper/Poster.
  • Registration cannot be transferred.
  • Workshop seats are limited and its registration is subjected to availability of seats.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 100% Refund if the event is cancelled due to COVID or any government guidelines.
  • We understand that circumstances may arise which may require registered attendees to cancel their participation. In such instances refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
    • 50% Refund till 5th December 2024
    • No Refunds – for cancellation requested on or after 06th December 2024.
  • All refunds will be processed 30 days after the completion of the conference.
  • Please note that any bank transfer fees or currency conversion fees associated with the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.
